These terms cover your use of the website of Hearts and Souls Event Management LLC (“Hearts & Souls”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What we do

Hearts & Souls provides wedding planning, day-of coordination, officiant services and event planning in Florida, as described on this website.

3. Prices, bookings and payments

• Starting prices. Prices on this website are starting prices, and they may change.
• No booking yet. Sending an inquiry or booking a free consultation doesn’t reserve your date or create a contract.
• Your service agreement. Your booking is confirmed only by a signed service agreement. That agreement sets out payment, fees and cancellation terms.
• If the two disagree, the service agreement wins over these terms.

4. Using the site responsibly

Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Don’t use the inquiry form to send spam or harmful content, and don’t try to disrupt the site or get unauthorised access to it. We may block anyone who misuses the site.

5. Photos and content

The photos, text, logo and design on this website belong to Hearts & Souls or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.

If you appear in one of our photos and would like it removed, contact us and we’ll take it down.

6. Reviews

The reviews on this website come from couples, through The Knot, WeddingWire or directly to us, and are shown with their permission.

7. Links to other websites

This site links to The Knot, WeddingWire, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. It forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to the website

We may update, change or take down any part of this website at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be error-free or online.

As far as the law allows, Hearts & Souls isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This section doesn’t affect anything in a signed service agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover Hearts & Souls against claims that arise from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

12. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please email us first so we can try to sort it out together. We’ll respond within 30 days, and both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it before taking any legal action.
