I happened to wake up and texted her at 4 a.m. once with an idea, and she responded immediately. Karin was able to advocate for me when people wanted to change my established plans.

We had a lot of details and cultural components to our wedding, and she and her lovely assistant made sure everything happened, stress-free. Even though we hired her only for day-of coordination, she was there for us from the moment we hired her.

My husband and I were blending our family and Karin knew exactly what we needed. She made sure to include the children with their own vows.

It was supposed to rain on my wedding day and Karin kept me calm. She rallied a team to pack up the cars during the reception so my husband and I could enjoy our time with friends and family.

Karin performed our beach ceremony and her personalized vows made it so beautiful and touching. We live in Illinois and had to plan our Florida wedding from a distance, and she made it all come together.

We had originally looked into the courthouse. Not only was Karin able to fit us in within the week, she still made me feel like a blushing bride. It felt perfect. I cried.

We are Canadian residents travelling to Florida to get married. We first talked about the officiant package, then realized we’d also need help with planning, vendors and décor. We could NOT have done this without her!

She was able to take my husband’s and my different vows and weave them together beautifully. We opted for a wine ceremony, which really made our ceremony special.

Karin was hired as the day-of coordinator for my son’s wedding. The wedding was FLAWLESS. I actually got to enjoy my son’s wedding, and it’s all thanks to her.

She took photos of a few different dresses she could wear for us, and even had her dress altered because we had uneven stone walkways and she didn’t want to trip.

We had to cancel our beach wedding due to COVID-19. Karin conducted our ceremony with so much love and compassion that it took the disappointment away.

We hired Karin a second time. She officiated my mom’s wedding, and this time she coordinated ours. She took all my panicked calls and assured me the day would be perfect. She delivered big on that promise.

Her words were ones of passion, sincerity, love and emotion, and her charming Cambridge English accent certainly helps when capturing the attention of the audience.

Everything went exactly as planned, and even if it didn’t, we wouldn’t have known. She never dropped the ball.
