• Comprehensive Pre-Wedding Meeting: We will have an in-depth meeting about a month before your wedding to fine-tune every detail. This is followed by a draft for your feedback and any adjustments.      
• Attention to Detail & Coordination: We create a comprehensive spreadsheet containing the pertinent wedding details. This is then shared with vendors and relevant parties one to two weeks in advance. 

On the Wedding Day

• Comprehensive On-Site Presence & All-Day Support: Our team will be on the ground 2-3 hours before the ceremony, staying as long as needed to perfect every      aspect. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your wedding day unfolds without a hitch, from the very beginning to the very end. 
• Seamless Ceremony Execution: From setup to execution, we manage both the ceremony and reception, collaborating with all involved parties along the way.
• Décor Placement: Our service includes arranging, organizing, and placing an array of decor options, including decor, centerpieces, and table settings, aligning with your wedding theme.
• Reception Perfection: We work in tandem with caterers, venue staff, and entertainment to ensure a memorable and stress-free reception.
• Venue Care and Emergency Kit: We ensure the venue is left in perfect condition post-event and will provide an emergency kit for any unexpected needs.

• Rehearsal: Includes the wedding rehearsal and day-of timeline management.
• On-Site Wedding Day Supervision: Overseeing the ceremony setup, ceremony, and reception.
• Reception Management: Styling and coordination of all details. Constant liaising with caterers, DJ, MC, photographer, etc.
• Day-of Coordination: We ensure that the event runs smoothly, and all plans are executed as discussed.

What is a Wedding Rehearsal? 

• Often, this is confused with the wedding dinner. A Wedding Rehearsal is a key event, held one to two days before the wedding day. It is your practice run for the wedding ceremony. We have found it allows everyone to become familiar with what to expect, the sequence of events, their roles on the big day, and where everyone needs to be and at what time. The primary participants usually include, those getting married, their wedding party (the bridesmaids and groomsmen), close family members (soon to be in-laws), and of course, us. Sometimes, key vendors may attend to oversee and refine the logistical aspects.
